with BAE Systems.BAE Systems is seeking a Semiconductor Engineering
Manager to join the Advanced Microwave Product Center (located in
Nashua, NH). In this role, you will lead a team to develop next
generation MMIC processes and optimize these processes for
manufacturability. This includes leading, managing, and driving
continuous improvement of process capability and controls across a
team of up to 15 process engineers in some or all of the following
areas: Photolithography, dry etch, wet etch, electroplating (ECD),
thin films (PVD, PECVD), wafer bonding, and Metrology. Resolve
process excursions and drive permanent Root Cause Corrective
Actions (RCCA). Candidate is expected to guide engineers through
career development at different levels of experience to improve
skills. Candidate is also responsible for the selection and
qualification of new process equipment. A strong background in
semiconductor process integration as related to III-V materials is
highly desired. In-depth knowledge of GaN RF devices and related
processing is preferred. Multi-tasking is expected in our
fast-paced environment with delivery commitments to both internal
and external customers. Strong verbal and written communication

- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or math
field, with 10+ years of experience; or masters degree in a STEM
field with 8+ years experience; or a PhD with 6+years of
experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of team leadership or functional management
experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Excellent
verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to
effectively communicate with all levels of leadership.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fundamentals and device
fabrication.
- Analytical skills to understand and solve complex problems
related to semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience with Design of Experiments and SPC with ability to
teach/lead others to gain experience in application of statistical
tools to improve processes.
- Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
and shift priorities to meet business need.
- Experience in selection, installation, and qualification of new
process equipment.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of
experience; or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering with 13+
years experience; or a Ph.D. with 9+ years experience.
- 10 years leadership experience in semiconductor
manufacturing.
- Knowledge of GaAs and GaN MMIC technologies.
- Experience leading two or more of the following process
engineering functions: Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), Chemical
Vapor Deposition (CVD), Dry Etch, Wet Etch, Metals,
Metrology/Defect, Lithography, Thermal Processing, and other common
Process Engineering functional areas.
- PFMEA experience.
- Experience with application of structured problem solving
methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of JMP software.
- Experience with PROMIS MES software.
- US citizenship preferred.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$146670 - $249330Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
