With an expansive campus, we are currently seeking experienced full-time HVAC Maintenance Mechanic II's to perform installations and preventative and corrective maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of HVAC equipment such as; oil burners - both residential and commercial, low pressure commercial steam boilers
If you are a highly motivated individual with six or more years of progressively responsible experience, a professional, can-do attitude and are someone who enjoys a collaborative work environment we urge you to apply. You must also possess excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read blueprints, plans and schematics as well as work efficiently with computer software.
High School Diploma and a certificate or diploma from a recognized institution above the high school level, as evidence of completion of a two year program in refrigeration and heating are required. You must possess a current and valid Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician's License, and a valid Massachusetts driver's license. A 1st class fireman's license, a pipefitter's license, and/or NATE certification is desirable but not required.Knowledge and direct experience in the operation of building automation systems is required. Specific knowledge with Schneider Electric's Structureware, and/or Johnson Controls Metasys systems is highly desirable.
