setup, operation adjustment of Nordson production balloon
processing and testing equipment to sustain minimum downtime and
maximum efficiency for our Balloon Manufacturing Production. Strong

- Conform with Quality Management System Requirements and Metrics
(NC Reduction, Line Clearance, GMP, etc.)
- Set up Balloon Manufacturing machines for production
- Adjust Balloon Manufacturing machines by Selecting the Proper
Parameters to Adjust Effectively and Efficiently
- Demonstrated Proficiency with Testing Equipment: Drop Gauges,
Gauge Pins, Snap Gauges, Comparators, Burst Testers, Micrometers,
Verniers
- Attention to Detail: Read, Understand Specifications and Notes
- Take Appropriate Action
- Effective Data Interpretation and Decision Making - Seek
Support From Higher Skilled Technicians As Needed.
- Mechanical Skills - Use of Basic Tooling to Set up, Test
Product and Make Process Adjustment.
- Efficient Contribution to Metrics, Good Part to Good Part,
Downtime Reduction, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Nonconformance
Reduction, Target Times, Lean Initiatives (5s, Continuous
Improvement)
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel,
Word, Shop Floor Control System Navigation, Machine Controls
- May perform balloon operator role for as long as necessary to
gain expertise and to demonstrate proficiency at the discretion of
the Technical Supervisor
- Working Groups: Technicians, Production Team, Supervisor,
Engineering, QC, etc. Qualifications for YOU to be successful:
- Positive Behavior, Attitude, Communication
- Flexibility (As Needed, Work Overtime, Temporarily Produce
Balloons, Flex to NPI or Other Shifts to Cover PTO/gaps)
- Associates Degree, High School Diploma, GED Equivalent and/or
5+ years of demonstrated broad and deep technical proficiency in
manufacturing and adjusting/developing processing parameters. To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed
