Job Description:

An internist or family medicine physician opportunity is now available at a private practice in Massachusetts due to growth. Medical director to oversee direction of the office-based practice. Someone with a practice builder and quality of care mentality. You can work 100% in the office, or a mix of office, nursing home, and inpatient. They are an affiliate of Mass General Brigham, but it is a private practice which will give the physician more freedom and autonomy. Candidates must be experienced.

This physician leadership opportunity has a productivity-based salary that is exceptional because of low overhead costs and a generous incentive model. Salary at the encounter level is well above industry mean. Gross salaries are above 75th of MGMA Eastern, with most earning above 90th. You will be offered a director stipend, health/dental/vision, life/disability, and automatic 401(k).
