Job Description:
What You’ll Do Support and lead mergers and acquisitions
transactions from start to close Advise clients on the formation,
structuring, and governance of business entities Represent
corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies on
ongoing business matters Assist with finance and private equity
transactions , as applicable Collaborate with partners and
colleagues within the Business Practice Group Experience You’ll
Need 3–5 years of corporate law experience at a law firm or similar
setting Strong, hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions
Experience advising business entities (corporations, partnerships,
LLCs) Exposure to entity formation and structuring Experience with
finance and private equity transactions (preferred) Knowledge of
securities law (a plus, but not required)
