Fidelity Investments, a global leader in financial services headquartered in Boston, is seeking a Manager in Digital Assets Risk Operations to join our dynamic Risk Management & Compliance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our risk management protocols pertaining to digital assets, including cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies. As a manager, you will guide a team dedicated to the mitigation of emerging risks associated with digital transactions and asset management, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and safeguarding our client's investments. Develop and implement risk assessment models specific to digital assets. Lead a team in monitoring and analyzing potential risks associated with digital asset transactions and storage. Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to establish robust security practices. Ensure compliance with both domestic and international financial regulatory standards. Provide leadership in the development of risk mitigation strategies. Report regularly to senior management on risk metrics and potential impact assessments. Experience in risk analytics and assessments Knowledge of blockchain technology and digital currencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in the use of risk management software Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or similar Relevant blockchain or cryptocurrency certifications (such as Certified Bitcoin Professional)
