  • Examine business requirements and work alongside engineering to develop and execute comprehensive test plans
  • Partner with team members through design discussions, code reviews, debugging sessions, and promoting best practices that foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the automation roadmap and improve testing efficiency by creating and enhancing automation frameworks
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other system limitationsWhat You Will Bring:
    • Bachelor's degree with a major or minor in Computer Science or similarly technical/quantitative field; equivalent work or project experience
    • 3+ years of software development experience, with a focus on creating or maintaining automation frameworks
    • Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: C#, JavaScript, Go, Python
    • Understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and at least one public cloud technology (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Proven track record of designing and implementing automated tests
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
