Job Description:
The Salem Telecom Tech role will be part of a team that supports
phone services for Salem Hospital, and our NSPG locations around
the North Shore. Salem Telecom supports over 6,000 endpoints spread
across PBX, VOIP, and analog devices across the Salem campus and 25
NSPG and Hospital offsite locations.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, will have
excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of
attention to detail, and the ability to interact with people at all
organizational levels. An individual that shows ownership and can
exercise good judgment is required to ensure the best service for
the hospital.
