We're seeking a Talent Solutions Manager to join our team and make a significant impact! In this role, you'll leverage your Finance and Accounting recruiting expertise to: - Proactively source and attract top-tier Finance & Accounting professionals. - Match client needs with the best talent, ensuring exceptional satisfaction. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer negotiation. - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. - Utilize innovative tools and social media to enhance candidate experience and amplify our brand. - Build strong partnerships internally and externally. What you'll bring: - 3 years of professional recruiting experience, specifically within the Finance & Accounting sector. - A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and related concepts. - Proven success in sourcing, screening, and placing Finance & Accounting talent. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency with recruiting technologies and social media. - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field highly preferred.
