Summer Pool Club Manager (Seasonal – Full-Time) Location:
Outdoor Pool Club Season: Memorial Day – Labor Day Overview Great
opportunity for college students to gain hands-on leadership
experience managing daily operations at a busy outdoor pool club.
This role involves supervising staff, ensuring a safe environment,
and delivering a positive member experience throughout the summer.
Responsibilities Supervise lifeguards, front desk, and activities
staff Assist with staff scheduling and daily operations Ensure a
safe, clean, and organized facility Provide excellent customer
service and support members Handle questions and resolve issues
professionally Support events and enforce club policies
Qualifications Strong communication and leadership skills Ability
to work in a fast-paced, team environment Reliable, organized, and
responsible Willing to obtain lifeguard certification Available
days, nights, weekends, and holidays What You’ll Gain Leadership
