registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years Stepdown RN
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Provide specialized nursing
care in a 10-bed progressive care setting focused on neuromuscular
disorders, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and complex
surgical cases. This travel opportunity offers a dynamic
environment working with patients requiring advanced interventions
such as arterial lines, ventriculostomies, and lumbar drains.
Location Situated in Lebanon, NH, this role offers access to a

healthcare facilities. Responsibilities - Manage and monitor
patients with complex neurological and surgical conditions in a
Primary Stroke Center - Perform hemodynamic monitoring, including
invasive blood pressure via arterial lines - Care for patients with
Bi-PAP/C-PAP support, including those with tracheostomies on
ventilators - Administer low dose pressors, vasoactive medications,
inotropes, Mannitol, and hypertonic saline (3%) - Provide wound
care and manage a variety of lines, tubes, and drains post-surgery,
including ventriculostomies, subdural drains, and lumbar drains -
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive
patient care Desired Experience - Registered Nurse (RN) with
progressive care or stepdown unit experience - Proficient in
arterial line and invasive BP monitoring - Skilled in managing
complex neurological and surgical patients - Comfortable with
ventilator management and hemodynamic support - Experience with
tracheostomies, complex wounds, and advanced medical devices
Schedule - Day/Night rotation - 36 hours per week This travel
