We specialize in providing Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex children and adults. Our nurses work 1-on-1 with patients in their homes, schools, or community settings. Our goal is to help families navigate the complexities of their loved one?s medical care, ensuring patients can stay at home and avoid hospitalization. Diverse Cases : Our cases cover a wide spectrum, from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent. Others may have tracheostomies requiring ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management needs, or diabetic maintenance. While we welcome new grads, having some clinical experience is beneficial. Our cases range from general nursing care to complex ICU-level home care, so a diverse skill set is valuable.
