At our practice, supporting the LGBTQ community is not a niche — it is our mission. We are committed to creating a clinical home where both clients and clinicians feel seen, respected, and valued. We believe clinicians do their best work when they feel supported. Here, you can focus on meaningful clinical impact while being part of a community that shares your values. This is a part-time position (5–25 clinical hours per week) with you determining your caseload. There is potential to transition to full-time within 3–6 months. Our Values Affirmation and Advocacy – We provide care that actively affirms LGBTQ identities and experiences. Community and Collaboration – We believe clinicians thrive in supportive, connected environments. Clinical Excellence – We value ongoing learning, reflective practice, and professional growth. ?? Sustainability – We are committed to helping clinicians build fulfilling careers without burnout.
