Occupational Therapist Location: Lebanon, NH Agency: Bluebix Health Inc Pay: $35 to $40 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Provide therapy services to help patients develop, recover, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and working, improving independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Assess patients’ physical, mental, and emotional abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Help patients improve daily living and functional skills Provide therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques Train patients in the use of assistive devices Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Educate patients and families on care and recovery strategies Maintain accurate documentation and reports Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy Valid state OT license BLS/CPR certification (preferred) Strong communication and clinical skills
