Families Emergency Services (Full Time) FULL- TIME BENEFITS

Children's Behavioral Health Program. The ideal candidate will be
adaptable, creative, and nimble in responding to crisis situations,
and will maintain an anti-oppression, non-stigmatizing approach.
Knowledge and understanding of various treatment approaches
including trauma, developmental, and substance abuse related issues
is highly preferable. Experience working with children and families
is required. Requirements/Responsibilities : Services will be
provided in the community and office Provide individual and family
counseling utilizing a variety of modalities in addressing a
diverse population, including complex trauma, social determinants
of health, underrepresented populations, and social challenges.
Provide crisis assessments, risk management, and safety planning.
Proven ability to assess and intervene with clients and families in
crisis Comfort and familiarity working within larger systems (e.g.,
with clients, families, hospitals and other providers, law
enforcement and first responders, and with other community
partners) Demonstrated proficiency in completing biopsychosocial
assessments and crisis assessments. Education/Licensing: Master's
degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related human
services discipline. License eligible or independently licensed.
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) preferred or the
candidate will receive free, in-house training to obtain this
certification. SUPERVISION FOR INDEPENDENT LICENSURE PROVIDED.
