Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Newport, VT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,822 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 25 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Hospice RN, Home Health RN, Wound Care Profession: Nursing Specialty: Hospice RN, Home Health RN, Wound Care Duration: 25 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8 am - 5 pm Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Valid driver's license in good standing Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) experience - Home Health and Hospice experience - Experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits - Ability to manage and adjust to changes in schedule Description: The position requires providing care in home health and hospice settings. Some weekend coverage is required. Some call may be scheduled but only on an emergency basis. The role entails outpatient care.
