Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Windsor, VT Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,582 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Provide direct patient care to adult med-surg and rehab patients Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to treatment Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed Coordinate care plans and communicate with interdisciplinary teams Serve in a charge nurse role when needed Float between Med Surg and Rehab units based on staffing needs Educate patients and families on care, recovery, and discharge planning Requirements 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - Required May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - Required BSN preferred This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
