ID: 75194185 Shift: Day shift 7am - 7pm! Three 12 hour shifts, 36 hours per week includes every other weekend. Description: Day Shift - mainly adults with occasional pediatrics. Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients. Your expertise will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in the dynamic general Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population, all while utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions. We prioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency. You will be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during your shift, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. To join our team, you must have at least three years of acute care experience, with preference given to candidates familiar with Meditech. A current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure, BLS (American Heart Association), and ACLS certification are required prior to start.
