Job Description Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager Supervisor for a travel nursing job in Salem, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Manager - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/19/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, evenings, nights - Employment Type: Travel Nursing Supervisor – 36 hrs (Rotating Shifts Every Other Weekend) Schedule: - 3×8-hour shifts 1×12-hour shift weekly - Weekends: 7 AM–7 PM - Weekdays: 3 PM–11 PM or 11 PM–7 AM - Rotating days/evenings/nights, every other weekend required Role Overview: - Oversees hospital operations during assigned shifts - Acts as clinical resource and patient care representative - Coordinates with staff, providers, and departments to ensure safe, quality care Key Skills: - Must be able to read tele strips, perform and titrate cardiac drips - Strong communication and leadership skills - Handles emergencies, staff issues, patient/family concerns, and reports serious incidents to Administrator-On-Call Experience & Requirements: - 3 years Med/Surg Tele experience (critical care preferred) - BSN required - Active Massachusetts RN license - BLS certification - EMR: EPIC About Malone Healthcare - Nursing With a commitment to providing a higher standard of service and experience in patient care, Malone Healthcare places expert nurses and allied health professionals in rewarding careers throughout the United States.
