Assured Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg
for a travel nursing job in Salem, Massachusetts. Job Description &

36hrs MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE STRIPS 1. Unit Name: Phippen 6/7.
2. Brief Unit Description: Phippen 6/7 is a 32 Bed Ortho/Neuro
Med/Surg Unit. This is a private unit admitting all other medical
overflows. 3. Census: 32 Total Beds. 16 beds in Phippen 6 & 16 beds
in Phippen 7. 4. Floating Required: Travelers are required to float
to applicable units when requested. 5. Rotating Shifts Required:
Day Rotators may be rotated between (7a-7p, 11a-11p or 7p-7a)
shifts when needed. Night positions do not rotate. Rotation
frequency: low. 6. Years of Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
experience. 7. Skill Sets Required: Med/Surg RN with neuro
assessment skills and telemetry competency; ability to interpret
Tele Strips. 8. Clinician to Patient Ratio: Day and Eve shifts are
1:4, may go up to 5. Night shift is 1:5 or 6. 9. Patient
Population: Scheduled elective Orthopedic and Neuro/Surg patients,
Fractures, Neuro patients and all other medical patients overflow.
10. Bed Count: 32 beds. 11. EMR (Charting System): EPIC. 12.
Certifications Required: Current Massachusetts RN License. BLS.
(ACLS preferred). Assured Nursing Job ID 35384015. Pay package is
based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to
confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Posted
