Travel Nurse Job Details - Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
(RN) position - Location: Salem, Massachusetts 01970 (Greater
Boston area) - Start Date: November 16, 2025 - End Date: February
14, 2026 - Duration: 13-week nursing contract - Shift: 12-hour
night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 36 hours per week - Estimated
Weekly Salary: $1880 - $2020 - Floating: Required (primarily to
Medical/Surgical units) - Patient Ratio: 1:2 or 1:1 in ICU; up to
1:4 or 1:5 when floated - Charting System: EPIC electronic medical
records ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications - Active Massachusetts
RN license (Registered Nurse) - BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS
(Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications - Minimum 3
years of recent general ICU nursing experience - At least 2 years
of continuous Medical ICU (MICU) experience in one location -
Proficient in reading and interpreting telemetry strips -
Willingness to float to Med/Surg units as needed - Completion of
all required onboarding health and background screenings Registered
Nurse Responsibilities - Provide high-quality, compassionate
nursing care to critically ill adult patients in a 20-bed ICU -
Care for a diverse patient population, including substance
abuse/overdose, psychiatric conditions, DKA, sepsis, GI bleed,
respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, renal failure, and cardiogenic
shock - Collaborate with attending physicians and residents
available 24/7 in the ICU - Float to Medical/Surgical units as
required, managing up to 4-5 patients - Demonstrate proficiency in
telemetry monitoring and documentation using EPIC EMR - Maintain
compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and safety
