Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 11/16/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is hiring an OBGYN Ultrasound Technologist with at least 1 year of OB credentialed ultrasound experience and current RDMS-ABD and OBGYN certifications. Responsibilities - Position is based in an outpatient OBGYN office in Swampscott, MA - Located in a radiology suite with one ultrasound room at an off-site office park - Clinician works a 1:1 ratio with patients, providing OB and GYN ultrasound services - Typical patient population is scheduled outpatients - Schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm - No floating or rotating shifts required - EMR used is EPIC and experience is required - Responsible for performing OB and GYN ultrasounds including transvaginal and trimester exams in a solo setting - Works independently within a single ultrasound room and receives support as needed from radiology team - Dress code and scrub requirements not specified; candidate should confirm prior to start - Parking may incur a daily cost; public transportation and public parking lots are available at varying rates - Timekeeping is managed via UKG/Kronos - Local candidates must live at least 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of OBGYN ultrasound experience required - Current RDMS-ABD and OBGYN certifications required - Must be OB credentialed and experienced in first, second, and third trimester OB scanning, GYN, and transvaginal exams - License required if applicable - Proof of MA licensure is required at the time of consideration; conditional or pending licenses are not accepted - Must provide 2 references for consideration - Flu vaccine is required with no medical or religious exemptions accepted Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-622024.
