Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Emergency Department RN Days/Eves/Nights Rotate & EOW 36hrs. /n1./tUnit Name: Emergency Department./n2./tBrief Unit Description: 65-Bed Emergency Department, pod-based, with separate pediatric pod and separate Acute Mental Health area. /n3./tYears of Experience Required: 2 years Emergency Nursing experience. /n4./tSkill Sets Required: General ED nursing skills including but not limited to: Assessment, documentation, IV, phlebotomy, EKG, Cardiac Monitoring, point of care testing, splinting, critical thinking and patient education./n5./tClinician to Patient Ratio: 1:4./n6./tPatient Population: All. /n7./tBed Count: 65./n8./tCensus: 230 visits/day./n9./tEMR (Charting System): EPIC ASAP./n10./tFloating Required: Yes./n11./tRotating Shifts Required: Yes, for Day Rotate (7a-7p, 11a-11p, & 7p-7a) when requested.
