At Valley Regional Hospital, patients are the center of our coordinated care system and right now we have an opening for a Clinical Educator 1 to join our team.


The essential function of the Clinical Educator 1 is: A Registered Nurse who is responsible for the development and implementation of unit-based orientation programs, including nurse residency, experienced nurse orientation and licensed nursing assistant orientation. Evaluates program outcomes and plans and updates curriculum based on quality metrics, accreditation requirements and regulatory requirements. Develops and implements competency programs for new and experienced nursing staff. Supports and mentors' preceptors and other nursing staff.

An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:


Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program required
Master's degree in nursing required
Certification in Nursing Professional Development required
3 years of clinical experience and 1 year of nursing professional development experience required
Excellent informatics, verbal and written communications skills desired




Required Education/Training:


NH state Registered Nurse Licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
ACLS-Within 6 months of hire
