Job Description:
The 3-North Unit RN is responsible for assessing patient and
family health needs, leading the nursing care planning, and
providing technical nursing interventions for Medical/Surgical
patients aged 18 and above.
The role requires understanding patients' developmental stages and
actively supporting the hospital's mission, values, and performance
improvement goals.
Preferred candidates have at least one year of recent nursing
experience, a current Louisiana RN license, BLS, and ACLS
certifications.
The position is full-time with a TBD work schedule.
The RN will demonstrate professionalism, support hospital
initiatives, and participate in delivering quality care aligned
with organizational standards.
