Job Title: Med Surg / Telemetry Travel Nurse RNMass General Brigham - Internal Travel is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to fill a Med Surg / Telemetry position in Salem, Massachusetts.Job Description & Requirements

Our travel nursing program offers a premium rate of pay and flexible scheduling to meet your needs.About the RoleThe clinical nurse is a licensed registered nurse who is responsible for assuring competent, compassionate, individualized, nursing care for specific patients and families. The clinical nurse is responsible and accountable for the overall nursing care management of a designated group of patients.Responsibilities
- Provides competent, compassionate patient- and family-centered nursing care based on scientific principles and the use of the nursing process and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Coordinates involvement of the patient, family, and health team members in patient care, including patient/family education, teaching, and discharge planning.
- Documents relevant patient data / information.
- Communicates the plan of care and other pertinent information to/from other health care team members.Requirements
  - Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  - Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
  - Graduation from an accredited nursing program.Benefits
