Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a night float NP/PA in Salem, MA.Please see the details below to apply!Requirements:Must be willing to work after hours careCurrent NP/PA Massachusetts License.Board Certified in respective specialty.One year working as a licensed NP/PA in an ambulatory care setting; experience in a Community.Health Center preferred.Must be available to provide after-hours care on a regular basis.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with commitment to establishing a safe and respectful environment for team members.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.High level of commitment to continuous improvement in the quest for comprehensive and quality health care.Demonstrated interpersonal relationship skills.Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.Competency in working with Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Medical Records systems, familiarity with Epic is a plus.Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between sites as needed is requiredCompletion of NSCH compliance trainings.If interested, please respond with the following:1.Your CV2.
