• Employment Type: TravelSurgical Stepdown Unit 3)Years of Experience Required: 2+ years.4)Skill Sets Required: on unit telemetry monitoring by the nurse, management of Chest tube, NGT, epidurals, Capnography. 5)Skills preferred: management of Arterial lines and management of neo-synephrine 6)Clinician to Patient Ratio: Patient ratios are 6-10 patients per PCA and 3-5 patients per RN. Stepdown ratios are 2-3 per RN.7)Patient Population: We care for patients after the following types of Surgeries: General, GYN, Vascular, Thoracic, Urology, Oral, plastics, and Trauma.8)Bed Count: 239)Census: 2310)EMR (Charting System): EPIC11)Floating Required: Yes12)Rotating Shifts Required: No rotation if assigned a night position, however there are no permanent day positions. All day positions are day/night rotating.13)Certifications Required: Active RN License, BLS.Medical Talent Job ID #19448222. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
