Job Description:

Collaborates with Marketing and Information Technology departments to deliver marketing analytic solutions. Enables targeted digital paid media and drives cost effective sales using DMPs. Identifies capabilities and solutions, using Data Management Platforms ("DMPs") including, Adobe Audience Manager, BlueKai, and Attribution platforms. Interacts with and manages key tools including, DoubleClick, Adobe Analytics, Target, and Audience Manager. Performs mobile, social, and application marketing analytics.

Primary Responsibilities:

Transforms data into meaningful insights and opportunities to drive marketing performance.

Reports on marketing performance.

Enhances visibility and automation of marketing performance reporting.

Provides thought leadership related to all areas of marketing data, measurement, and optimization.

Identifies new vendors and expands existing relationships with key vendors to improve speed of insight into marketing performance.

Serves as a consultative partner to stakeholders across media, marketing analytics, technology, tag management, testing and optimization, and reporting.

Evaluates and recommends the use of new or existing tools and capabilities including, Open Source Technologies and Programming Languages.

Extracts large datasets for predictive modeling and time series analysis using SPSS for financial distribution center and products in Oracle-based Star and relational databases.

Analyzes data from Oracle-based Star and relational database Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") systems to identify sales opportunities in financial distribution and financial products.

Measures the results of client interactions in sales opportunities with field and phone wholesalers and marketing initiatives.

Identifies marketing analytic solutions (attribution and targeting).

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of experience developing and implementing digital marketing analytical products and solutions.

Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or four (4) years of experience developing and implementing digital marketing analytical products and solutions.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

Demonstrated Expertise (DE) leading marketing analytics -- media mix modeling, attribution, digital measurement, experimental design, and cross-channel ROI models -- to optimize digital marketing campaigns, using multi-variate testing, regression modeling, cluster analysis, and multi-touch attribution.

DE extracting marketing and customer data for analysis, using structured databases -- postgres or Oracle; creating programmatic scripts, using Python or R to extract, transform, and manipulate data; and creating interactive marketing results dashboards, using BI tools -- Tableau or Qlik.

DE working within a development team performing analytics product management -- building systems to support marketing measurement, engaging with customers to determine areas of improvement, creating big data products and computational analytics, writing requirements, developing business cases, and managing future system roadmaps -- for creating marketing solutions.

DE leading and growing analytics and project teams; and presenting strategic insights to stakeholders and senior executives to advance marketing measurement and analytical capabilities.
