RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate with regional sales engineers to provide information to clients Ensure awareness of product prices, delivery metrics, etc. Ensure orders are entered correctly into ERP system Issue purchase orders Resolve customer issues including requests for delivery changes Oversee RMA's and document findings Complete spreadsheets to present to sales department Record client activity or useful notes in CRM Manage existing customer accounts Coordinate information between regional sales managers and existing clients Answer any customer inquiries in a timely manner Adhere to all company policies Implement measures to improve client relations Other tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree or equivalent experience required Ideal Account Manager will have minimum 3 years' experience Must have ERP and CRM experience Experience within the manufacturing industry desired Sales and account management experience Adept at communicating with customers Customer service experience Willing to take a drug screen and complete a background check BENEFITS: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Disability Insurance Life Insurance 401K 401K Match Direct Hire Profit Sharing Paid Vacation Paid Time Off Salary: $70K annually Ask for: Kelsey Job Id: 23550 Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
