We need someone who loves to strategize, build, and manage
global campaigns and is comfortable optimizing to CPA on a weekly
basis. This is an in-office position with hybrid flexibility; team
collaboration is key to our agencys success. Fully remote work will
not suffice in this case.Intead is a globally-known, full-service
agency focused on enrollment management for the academic market
(universities and private K-12). We are a small team at the top of
the stack in our niche. We run data-driven, research-backed
marketing campaigns on every continent except Antarctica on behalf
of brand-name ed institutions and others in the academic and edtech
market.We seek a Digital Marketing Director who can be
client-facing and help our stakeholders understand the ecosystem
and the data, create media forecasts and content strategy, and
build international search and social lead-gen campaigns quickly,
managing them closely, and optimizing to CPA on a weekly basis.
Building out the paid media team is a long-term goal, and this role
is the keystone of that plan.Will you fit?You are naturally

Responsibilities+ Conceive lead generation strategy, build campaign
forecasts, and execute+ Manage and optimize campaigns for customer
lead generation and customer acquisition+ Buy digital media for
paid search and paid social campaigns+ Capability and comfort with
"digital plumbing" ensuring the flow of critical marketing data
(source, campaign, cost, etc) from the ad platform all the way
through the funnel and into the endpoint CRM/database on the
clients end+ Manage department staff and remote freelance
contractors+ Analyze paid social, Google Analytics, email and
digital campaign metrics+ Analyze, evaluate, and compare website
analytics packages to create gap analyses and action plans+ Employ
data collection and analysis tools like Google Tag Manager, Google
Data Studio, Databox, etc.+ Employ CMS and CRM tools like Hubspot,
Wordpress, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Unbounce, etc.+ Identify new and
emerging tools/opportunities to reach, engage, and convert online
audiences+ Familiarity with market research reports identifying
market opportunities including analysis of competitor strengths and

for multiple clients+ Experience in analyzing clients website
traffic via Google Analytics+ Experience conducting primary and
secondary research on current market trends+ Bachelors degree+
Fluency in Mandarin considered highly valuable+ 8+ years of work
