Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and implement effective solutions. Install new HVAC equipment and ensure proper setup and functionality. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about service options and recommendations. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred. Valid HVAC technician license and relevant certifications. Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and customer service skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
