service van to repair and replace broken hoses on-site Diagnose
issues, solve problems, and fabricate hoses to get equipment
running again Manage your tools and vehicle Join a rotating on-call
schedule (with incentive pay) What Were Looking For Mechanical
aptitude (cars, bikes, boats it all counts) Strong problem-solving
skills Good communication and reliability Comfortable working
independently most days unless its a big job, youll run service
calls solo and only see the crew at weekly meetings and when you
restock. Valid drivers license Ability to pass background & drug
