Jr Data EngineerLocation: Fully RemoteJob Description:A global name company in the fintech domain are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr Data Engineer to join their dynamic data engineer team. This position offers the flexibility to work fully remotely.Key Responsibilities:

• Build and support Data Migration staging environments and warehouses.
• Assist in regulatory and business reporting processes.
• Profile downstream data to identify anomalies and potential data issues.
• Collaborate with members of the QA group to develop test cases and scenarios.
• Create and peer review scripts for reporting purposes.Qualifications and Skills:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
  • 0-2 years commercial experience as a Data Engineer.
  • Solid understanding of data structures and ETL processes.
  • Experience working in Azure environments using tools such as Data Pipelines and CosmosDB.
  • Proficient with version control systems like Github and DevOps.
  • Experience with Analytics / BI platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Cognos.
  • Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis using Python or R.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL querying and datasets.
