RESPONSIBILITIES: Review test data Identify upcoming trends to initiate project improvements Troubleshoot failures Conduct root cause investigations Conduct Installation and process qualifications of test equipment Cultivate new test equipment for manufacturing Develop equipment for full scale manufacturing Create, review and organize testing programs and data Maintain existing preventive maintenance programs Write new preventative maintenance programs for test equipment Maintain awareness of spare parts inventory Redefine existing procedures for testing equipment Document test equipment deviations Identify and implement new automated solutions Assist with R&D projects Other tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required Ideal Test Engineer III will have minimum 3 years' experience Experience with LabView Experience with Lean Six Sigma Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and 5S Experience testing electromechanical systems Knowledge of testing procedures for automated equipment Willing to take a drug screen and complete a background check BENEFITS: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Direct Hire Paid Time Off Bonus Opportunity Salary: $90K-$100K annually Ask for: Kelsey Job Id: 23574 Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
