We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a highly respected, established GC with an outstanding company culture. Client Details Our client is a well-established General Contractor and Construction Management firm that has been serving the New England region for over 50 years. With a dedicated team of around 50 employees, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work across higher education, affordable housing, and a range of commercial projects typically valued between $5M and $20M. Description The Project Manager will be responsible for: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Manage budgets, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure projects are completed within scope and on budget Coordinate and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project alignment Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical path activities and adjusting timelines as needed Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements Lead project meetings and facilitate issue resolution to keep construction activities on track Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services to meet project timelines Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce quality control, and support field supervision Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports APPLY WITHIN 24 HOURS FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION! Profile The successful candidate will have: Strong attention to detail Brings over 7 years of project management experience Can a lead a project from start to finish Team player Abilitiy to communicate with clients and stakeholders Has a background in commercial, affordable housing, or historical renovations.
