Manager, Data Product is a managerial role reporting to the
Director of Product. This pivotal position is responsible for
implementing a data foundation solution for CMX, collaborating with
cross-functional partners such as Marketing, Sales, Operations,
Data Engineering, and Data Science. The ideal candidate has
extensive experience in programmatic media, self-service solutions,
and product management.Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define product vision, strategy, and
develop a suite of ad data products.
- Product Leadership: Use your product knowledge, customer
feedback, and relevant data to assess value, build business cases,
and prioritize effectively. Lead product discovery and maintain a
roadmap and backlog focused on high-impact work for advertisers,
merchants, and stakeholders.
- Product Roadmap: Manage product roadmaps, align business and
technical needs, analyze customer and product data, convert
insights into initiatives, determine rollout strategies, and manage
risks. Maintain and refine the product backlog, create user stories
and acceptance criteria, and prioritize high-impact items.
- Collaborative Innovation: Build strong relationships with key
partners by aligning priorities with business goals, communicating
roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from leadership. Partner with Data
Science, Engineering, and other teams to define data
requirements.
- Data Transformation Layer Management: Oversee data
transformation processes, ensuring efficient and accurate data
enrichment, normalization, and reporting.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering,
analytics, insights, and media teams to align data strategies and
ensure seamless integration with ad-serving platforms.
- Data as a Service (DaaS): Develop strategies to offer data as a
service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring scalable
access to high-quality data sets.
- Data Foundation Development: Support design and implementation
of scalable data infrastructure for real-time and batch processing
and analytics.
- Data Quality and Governance: Collaborate with Engineering to
establish data quality frameworks and governance policies to ensure
data integrity.
- Industry Expertise: Partner with Product Marketing to analyze
industry trends and emerging advertising measurement techniques to
inform the product roadmap.This role offers flexible work-from-home
options. It can be based remotely in the U.S. or near one of our
Corporate Hubs. If you are within commuting distance to a hub, you
are expected to work in the office 3 or more days a week:Boston,

Bell, PARequired Qualifications
- 7+ years in programmatic media and self-service DSPs
- 5+ years in product strategy or project management
- 5+ years in data analysis
- 3+ years managing a teamPreferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of programmatic media
- Experience with self-service platforms, ad tech, and
integrations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, and customer-oriented
mindsetEducationBachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent
experience (HS Diploma + 4 years)Pay RangeRange: $82,940 - $199,144
annually or equivalent hourly rate. Actual offer depends on
experience, education, location, and other factors. This role may
