Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Promotions Compliance
Specialist to manage promotional campaigns while ensuring
compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and finalize terms and conditions for marketing
promotions, sweepstakes, and loyalty programs
Project manage the end-to-end execution of promotional campaigns
and analyze campaign performance metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful
execution of promotional initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
Communications, or related field
3-5 years of experience in promotional marketing, compliance, or
related roles
Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state regulations related to
promotions and loyalty programs
Experience developing and maintaining content libraries and
documentation systems
Knowledge of measurement and analytics tools for tracking
promotional effectiveness
