Job Description Job Description We are looking for a skilled
Benefits Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in
Norfolk, Virginia. In this role, you will play a key part in
managing employee benefits inquiries, reconciling data, and
overseeing related administrative tasks. This position requires a
detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and
experience in benefits coordination. Responsibilities: • Address
employee questions related to benefits payments and provide clear,
accurate information. • Manage and reconcile weekly reports to
ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Handle the reconciliation
of benefits invoices and resolve any discrepancies. • Coordinate
COBRA administration and ensure compliance with applicable
regulations. • Support leave of absence processes and maintain
accurate documentation. • Assist with compensation and
benefits-related tasks, ensuring all processes align with company
policies. • Utilize Workday HRIS to manage and track benefits data
effectively. • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain seamless
benefits operations. • Prepare and analyze benefits reports for
management review. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and
regulations related to employee benefits.• Minimum of 3 years of
experience in benefits administration or a related field. • Strong
skills in account reconciliation and data management. • Familiarity
with COBRA administration and leave of absence processes. •
Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and regulations. •
Proficiency in using Workday HRIS or similar systems. • Exceptional
attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Ability to
analyze and resolve discrepancies efficiently. • Excellent
communication skills for interacting with employees and internal
teams.
