About the Company: Founded 30 years ago They are well-respected in their field and support commercial businesses Growing company with casual and supportive environment Key Responsibilities: Answering phones for customer calls Organizing customer requests and communicating internally to arrange service Managing the workload of assigned technicians and maintaining the on-call schedule Debriefing with technicians following service appointments Maintaining accurate customer records Performing clerical duties associated with the role What We're Looking For: 2 years of experience in dispatch / customer service work Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ZRCFS INJUN2025
