RESPONSIBILITIES: Collect and distribute monthly and quarterly quality metrics Collaborate and support CAPA Implement non-conformance/continuous improvement programs Evaluate suppliers resolve supplier related nonconformities Engage in risk assessment Ensure compliance with company policies Coordinate efforts with product development Head investigation of manufacturing nonconformities Assist in development of corrective action plans Analyze product and process performance Conduct internal QMS Conduct various manufacturing processes audits Participate in internal and external audits Apply (SPC) methods to current processes and recommend changes Ensure outcomes are aligned with QMS requirements Adhere to safety and quality-related policies Other tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field required Ideal Sr. Product Quality Engineer will have minimum 5 years' experience Must have manufacturing environment experience ASQ certification desired Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt desired Willing to take a drug screen and complete a background check BENEFITS: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Disability Insurance Life Insurance 401K 401K Match Direct Hire Profit Sharing Paid Vacation Paid Time Off Salary: $85K-$100K annually Ask for: Kelsey Job Id: 23552 Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
