Raytheon's Receiver/Exciter & Processing Architecture (REPA)
Department is the focal point for receiver, exciter, beam steering,
and signal processing technology within Raytheon. The department is
responsible for the design, development, integration, test and
support to the production builds of multiple Raytheon products. We
develop new technologies for advanced capabilities and provide
support to all life-cycle phases of the best radar systems in
active worldwide deployments and grow our people with exciting new
challenges, on-the-job training, mentoring and purposeful
rotations.
We have an opportunity for a Senior Principal Radar Receiver
Exciter Hardware Lead seeking to solve complex technical problems
and provide highly innovative and ingenious solutions in the area
of Radar and Receiver Exciter design, analysis, integration and
test. Radar Receiver Exciter Hardware Leads are responsible for
leading architecture development and subsystem analysis,
integration and test, and transition to production of advanced
receiver and exciter hardware and firmware utilized in complex
radar systems. The technical challenges range from RF chain and
link budget analysis to digital signal processing algorithm
definition and verification. These engineers are integral in all
phases of Radar design and integration from requirements definition
to system sell-off and verification.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The
salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of
all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending
an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and
associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not

collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual
programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of

business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides
in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits
will apply.
